Stripe transaction fees (~2.9% + $0.30/booking)
Stripe charges this directly, not us. It's the standard rate for accepting credit cards anywhere on the internet.
Domain registration if you don't have one (~$15/year)
If you need a new domain, you pay the registrar directly. We'll help you pick one and set it up.
Photography (optional)
If your photos aren't strong enough, we can recommend a local photographer. Most hosts use what they already have.
The site itself, after cancellation
The website is a subscription, like Squarespace or Lodgify. If you cancel, the site goes offline at the end of your billing period. Your domain, content, photos, and guest data are always yours, and we export them so you can take them anywhere.

Pricing questions hosts ask
- Will the price ever go up?
- No. $59/mo is the rate, forever — same plan, same features, no year-two hike. If we ever raise the rate for new customers, existing customers stay on $59. We put this in writing.
- How does the calendar sync work?
- Your site's calendar stays in sync with Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com automatically. Bookings on any platform block the dates everywhere. We configure it before launch and keep it running. There's no separate tool to set up, log into, or pay for.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- Credit card or ACH via Stripe. Billed monthly on the same date you signed up.
- Are there any hidden fees?
- No. The only outside costs are your Stripe transaction fees (charged directly to you per booking) and a domain registration if you need a new one. Both are standard and unavoidable on any platform.
- Do you offer discounts for multiple properties?
- Right now we focus on single-property hosts. If you have 2–5 properties, email us and we may be able to work something out.
- What if I want more than what's included?
- Most hosts don't. If you have a specific need (custom integrations, advanced analytics, multi-language), email us and we'll scope it out.
- Can I pause my plan if I'm not renting for the season?
- Yes. We offer a $9/mo seasonal pause that keeps your site live and your domain active. Email us anytime.
