How does the calendar sync work?

Your site's calendar stays in sync with Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com automatically. Bookings on any platform block the dates everywhere. We configure it before launch and keep it running. There's no separate tool to set up, log into, or pay for.

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit card or bank transfer. Billed monthly on the same date you signed up.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. Your site, hosting, SSL, domain, business email, calendar sync, and payment setup are all in the $59. One bill, and no booking platform or other software subscription on top of it. The only outside cost is the standard card processing fee on each booking, charged directly to you by the card processor, same as on any platform.

Do I need to buy a domain or email separately?

No. We buy your domain, register it in your name, and set up a business email address on it, like hello@yourrental.com. Both are part of the $59, and there's nothing for you to sign up for or renew.

Do you offer discounts for multiple properties?

Right now we focus on single-property hosts. If you have 2-5 properties, email us and we may be able to work something out.

What if I want more than what's included?

Most hosts don't. If you have a specific need (custom integrations, advanced analytics, multi-language), email us and we'll scope it out.
