That covers the design, the build, hosting, your domain (bought and registered in your name), a business email on it, two-way calendar sync with Airbnb, Vrbo, and Booking.com, guest card payments, and every content change after launch. Elsewhere, a done-for-you agency build in this niche is typically $3,000 to $6,000 up front plus a monthly fee, and a DIY builder is $18 to $77 a month plus your evenings.
- Do I still need Lodgify, a website builder, or a booking plugin?
- No. The booking calendar, calendar sync, and payments are part of the site we build. There is no property management system to buy, no template to pick, and no plugin to keep updated. If you already use a PMS for operations and want to keep it, tell us and we will connect to its calendar.
- Can you design a direct booking site for my Airbnb or Vrbo listing?
- Yes, and most of our clients start there. Send us the listing link. We use your existing photos and description as the starting point, write the site around the property, and sync the new calendar with Airbnb and Vrbo so a booking anywhere blocks the dates everywhere. - Is it a template?
- No. Every site is designed around the property: the layout follows your photos, the copy is written for your place and your area, and the colours and type are chosen to fit it. - What do you need from me?
- About five minutes: your listing link or photos, the property name and location, and a few lines about why guests love it. We take it from there. You see the design on day four, give one round of notes, and it goes live on your domain by day seven.
- Can I see a design before I commit?

- Do you design sites for hosts with several properties?
- We build for single-property hosts, and that focus is why the price and the timeline work. If you have two to five properties, email us and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit or whether a PMS with a built-in website is the better route.
